We collect the absolute minimal personal data necessary to operate the Printr platform securely and efficiently:

• Wallet Addresses: When you connect your wallet, we log your public on-chain address to track your interactions, balances, and swap executions.
• Usage & Engagement Data: We collect anonymous interaction data (charts viewed, alerts set, live room attendance, and chat messages) to power our discovery algorithms and trending systems.
• Voluntary Information: We do not require your real name, email, or physical location unless explicitly provided by you for support tickets or specific API compliance tasks.
• Device Information: Basic hardware models, operating systems, and app version metrics to ensure platform stability and debug crashes.

03 Blockchain and Public Data

Printr interfaces with multiple blockchains. It is critical to understand the nature of decentralized, immutable ledgers:

• Any on-chain transactions you make (e.g., token swaps, purchasing boosts, tipping) are public, transparent, and permanent.
• Printr does not control these blockchains. We cannot alter, edit, or delete data once it has been verified and stored on-chain. Anyone can view your public wallet history via block explorers.

04 How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized to provide and optimize the trading terminal experience. Specifically, we use it to:

• Execute swaps efficiently through integrated DEX routers.
• Calculate leaderboard rankings and verify token listings.
• Maintain platform integrity by detecting and preventing botting, sybil attacks, and malicious market behavior.
• Deliver essential platform updates and technical notices.

05 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use minimal cookies and similar tracking technologies strictly for functionality and security (e.g., keeping your session active and storing local chart preferences). We do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies to track your browsing behavior across other websites.

06 Third-Party Connections & Data Sharing

If you choose to link third-party accounts (such as X/Twitter or Telegram) to participate in alerts or verify your project status, we utilize secure OAuth protocols. We only verify the completion of necessary tasks. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or social media data to advertisers or data brokers. Data is only shared with third-party service providers (like RPC nodes or cloud hosting) strictly to facilitate platform operations.

07 Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect the off-chain data stored on our servers. We retain off-chain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. Printr will never ask for your private keys.

08 Your Rights & Controls

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your off-chain personal data. You can disconnect your wallet from the Printr platform at any time. Please note that requests for data deletion cannot apply to any transaction data already submitted to a public blockchain.

09 Children's Privacy

Printr is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our off-chain servers.

10 Changes to this Policy
